Confidence stems from the ability to see a clear road to success, to have the resources and capacities necessary to succeed, and, at the same time, to feel safe failing and learning and growing from experience. The goal is to understand how to create the conditions for success, identify your talents and growth areas, and then build safe spaces to learn, grow, and explore.
Health and Well Being
Short-term solutions are ineffective for long-term wellness. To address
health on a deep level, you must reset all of your connections, beginning
with yourself, and progressing to your family, friends, and professional life.
